Neeraj TolmareVP, Head of Digital Transformation & IT Applications
Neeraj Tolmare leads the digital transformation teams across technology, marketing, sales, operations and ecommerce for HP. In this role, he is accountable for enabling HP’s end-to-end digital vision from lead / campaign management to quote-to-cash. In addition, Neeraj also drives the end user experience and product management for HP’s online properties.
Prior to joining HP, Neeraj led the global web services and e-commerce business for Cisco’s consumer products division. In addition to broad experience in the global dot-com industry spanning all aspects of the business for both B2C and B2B operations, Neeraj also has an extensive background in mobility, demand generation, social media, technology implementation and enablement, web analytics and customer support.
Neeraj has run several dot-com businesses along the entire user lifecycle experience as a P&L center, and has led global teams through large e-commerce platform implementations to deliver double digit growth metrics.
In addition to a master’s degree in engineering, Neeraj also has an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
