Nigel has over 15 years of experience leading digital strategy, product management and project development, with a strong focus on creating innovative customer experiences that drive global online profitability.  He managed the entire digital platform for Hyundai Capital America (HCA): Consumer, Dealers and internal corporate digital experiences. 

Prior to his current role, Nigel was responsible for American Express secure websites that serves over 8 million Cardmembers a month, who check and pay their bills, or perform other account services online.  He also worked in the Travelers Cheques and Pre-Paid Services Group where he developed and launched the Mall Gift Card program for American Express. 

Nigel graduated from UCLA Anderson School of Management with a MBA in Marketing and Strategy.  Prior to business school, he worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Sales Engineer for two years.  Nigel also worked as a Research Scientist at NASA Research Center where he worked on the next generation space shuttle.  Nigel has a Master Degree in Aeronautics from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aerospace from Polytechnic Institute of NY.
